Perform shift/ general duties and control/assign tasks to shift/ general maintenance staff.

Ensure and direct daily reactive/ repair maintenance tasks to shift technical team.

Ensure implementation of preventative maintenance of all equipment /assets.

Monitor/supervise/control the operation of DG Sets, Chiller Plants, AHUs, cooling towers, water suction and transfer pumps.

•       Monitor/supervise/control the operation of all electric panels and UPS.

Coordinate for spares and consumables as per requirement.

•       Monitor, record and ensure availability of all utilities including diesel, water, electricity and air-conditioning.

Provision and arrangement of required tools, equipment, safety tools for shift staff.

•       Ensure work progress & quality as per issued work order for any maintenance work.

•       Closely monitor and supervise of all AC plan units, Building Management System (BMS), Electrical equipment and ensure its maximum performance/extend service life.

•       Coordinate and collaborate closely with immediate supervisors and HOD for day to day matters.

•       Address all maintenance requests by end-users through phones calls/emails and perform maintenance tasks through shift staff.

Do proper handing/taking over tasks related to shift assignments.

•       Coordinate with end-users to resolve their issues during shift duties.
