Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery challans, and quality specifications
  • Store items properly according to category, batch, and expiry, with FEFO/FIFO followed
  • Issue materials to departments and facilities against approved requisitions
  • Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/inventory system and update them in real time
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification, and investigate discrepancies
  • Monitor stock levels, flag reorder points, and report slow-moving, near-expiry, and expired items
  • Ensure cold-chain, storage, and safety standards are followed
  • Coordinate with end user departments on deliveries, returns, and shortages
  • Prepare periodic inventory and consumption report

Skills Required

  • Should know using ERP systems and MS Excel
  • Should have strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure
