Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy for the Project in coordination with the Project Director.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project activities at PMU and site areas.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, donor requirements, and government regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, government bodies, local communities, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, donors, and community leaders.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their active participation in project activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation of project activities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement systems for tracking project deliverables and reporting progress.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and other regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the development and management of the project budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate capacity-building initiatives for team members.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational values and a high-performance culture.
