Job Description

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Driving experience of different official Vehicles Preferably Double/Single Cabin, Van, Hi-roofs etc.
  2. Responsible for maintenance and functions of Official Vehicles.
  3. Responsible to ensure proper cleaning of vehicles internal and external.
  4. Responsible for record keeping (log book) maintenance, fueling, and control of the vehicle.
  5. To generate vehicle assessment & submit the report to the supervisor.
  6. Ensure timely availability of vehicle when duty assigned.
  7. To inform the supervisor of repair work required in the vehicle.
  8. Coordinate with staff when private duty is assigned.
  9. To be available in case of any emergency situation within short notice.
  10. Work after duty hours or on holidays as and when required.
  11. Help in loading and unloading official material on their respective vehicles.
  12. Checking traffic updates before starting the journey.
  13. Any other duty assigned by the supervisor
