Terms of Reference

The SBCC Coordinator will be a part of the national level team responsible for timely, effective, and smooth execution of ITN Mass Distribution Campaign 2024. The Campaign will be undertaken in the following districts:

KP – Lower Dir, Buner

Balochistan – Noshki

Sindh – Larkana, Badin, Mirpurkhas,

 

Once hired, the SBCC Coordinator will:

  • Implement, monitor, and report on SBCC and advocacy activities following provided guidelines and training.
  • Develop a work plan aligned with ITN Campaign timelines for the districts and follow it.
  • Manage all SBCC and advocacy activities in the districts under the supervision of Campaign Head.
  • Provide regular feed back on SBCC & advocacy actvities to Campaign Head on a regular basis.
  • Assist in ITN distribution in the districts and in this reference contribute in admin and logistics related functions as needed.
  • Assist the teams in planning and conducting advocacy activities at district and community level.
  • Participate actively in Rumor Management Committee, SBCC Sub Committee, and other relevant committees.
  • Ensure campaign visibility through various mediums like Schools, Mosques, Chingchi/Rickshaw, Markets, and Social/Electronic Media during all phases of the campaign and in all districts.
  • Conduct training for SBCC Officers at the district level.
  • Carry out regular field visits to support and monitor SBCC in all districts.
  • Establish a mechanism for recording all SBCC-and advocacy related activities during the campaign.
  • Ensure timely provision of all SBCC related material in all districts.
  • Document all SBCC and advocacy activities conducted throughout the campaign in all districts and compile these in a comprehensive report with quality photographs.
